We would like to briefly inform you that in the Czech Republic, effective January 1, 2026, there will be an increase in the minimum wage for employees. The minimum gross monthly wage in 2026 must be at least CZK 22,400 (for a 40-hour working week) and the hourly rate will be CZK 134.40. For the sake of completeness, we note that the current minimum wage (for 2025) is CZK 20,800 gross per month and the hourly rate is CZK 124.40. If you currently have lower wages agreed, they will need to be adjusted from January 1, 2026.
